Rollover Bus Car Wash Machine R3

SHINEWASH fully automatic computerised car washing equipment is an all-in-one reciprocating car wash designed specifically for washing bus vehicles, large bus vehicles and large container vehicles. The whole process uses Mitsubishi computer (PLC) as the control centre, the brushes automatically sense the force generated by the bristles on the body, thus controlling the distance between the brushes and the body, never hurting the car, cleaning the body surface in all directions, leaving no dead ends. Introduction

Gantry structure:

4.5mm, partially up to 8mm plates are laser cut to accurately position the components, then assembled through mortise and tenon structure, hot-dip galvanized with Taiwan Dahua paint.

Top brush part (1 piece):

Consists of the rotating device of the top brush and the lifting device, the lifting device is driven by the wheels on both sides by the lifting motor, and the wheels are wound with nylon belts to connect the top brush part for upward and downward movement.

Large vertical brush parts (2):

Consists of a pair of large vertical brush rotating device, driven by the telescopic action of the cylinder, the large vertical brush for left and right movement, relying on the brush strip with the surface of the car into the resistance to increase and reduce the implementation of the large vertical brush left, right stretch and close together.

Travel system:

Mounted on the base on both sides, the sprockets and travel wheels are driven by a reduction drive system to make the car wash travel along the rails.

Electric control system:
