Short Introduction of Central Vacuum System
A Central Vacuum System is a centralized high-negative-pressure cleaning solution in which the main vacuum unit is installed in a dedicated equipment room. Vacuum pressure is distributed to multiple vacuum points through a network of pipelines.
In car wash applications, the system is primarily used for vehicle interior cleaning, including carpets, seats, floor mats, and trunks, and is widely deployed in self-service vacuum areas as a value-added service.

Core System Components
Central Vacuum Unit
Equipped with a high-power centrifugal blower (three-phase power supply), the central unit is designed for continuous, high-frequency operation. A single unit can support multiple vacuum points simultaneously (typically 2–12 stations).
Filtration and Dust Collection System
The system adopts multi-stage filtration, combining cyclonic separation with high-efficiency filter cartridges. A large-capacity dust collection tank (80–200 L) significantly reduces the frequency of manual cleaning.
Pipeline Network
Industrial-grade galvanized steel or PVC piping is used, supporting both underground and overhead installation. Pipeline design is optimized to minimize pressure loss by carefully selecting pipe diameters and reducing unnecessary bends.
Key Advantages vs. Conventional Vacuum Cleaners
| Item | Central Vacuum System | Standalone Vacuum Cleaner |
| Suction Stability | Consistent and stable over long-term operation | Prone to performance degradation |
| Multi-Station Operation | Supports multiple vacuum points simultaneously | Limited to single-point operation |
| Automation | Automatic filter cleaning, suitable for unattended operation | Requires manual maintenance |
| Service Life | 8–10 years | 2–4 years |
Applications in the Car Wash Industry
Self-Service Car Washes / Fuel Stations
Integrated with automatic car wash systems to create a complete service loop, increasing average revenue per vehicle. The system delivers stable performance under high-frequency usage.

Unattended Car Wash Sites
Ideal for 24/7 operation, featuring remote monitoring and automatic start/stop functions. Overall maintenance costs are lower compared to multiple standalone vacuum cleaners.
Chain Car Wash Brands
Supports standardized equipment deployment across locations, enhances professional appearance, and strengthens brand recognition.
