Zhengzhou, China – Shinewash Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully installed the first of five customized tunnel car wash machines for a Brazilian customer, marking a new milestone in its expansion into the South American market.
Designed for high-volume commercial car wash operations, this automatic tunnel car wash system can clean 300–500 vehicles per day with minimal labor requirements. Equipped with a Q9/Q11 brush system, the machine integrates foam washing, soft brushing, waxing, and spot-free drying, completing a vehicle wash in less than 3 minutes.
The installed tunnel car wash system features soft EVA brushes and pH-neutral detergents to provide powerful cleaning while protecting vehicle paint. Its advanced water recycling system reduces water consumption to around 80 liters per vehicle, helping operators achieve more sustainable and cost-effective operations.
To meet the customer’s specific business needs, Shinewash customized the system with additional tire cleaning functions and branded tunnel design elements, enhancing both washing performance and customer experience.
With the successful installation of the first system, the remaining four customized tunnel car wash machines will be delivered and installed in phases. Shinewash will continue providing professional installation support and technical services to ensure smooth operation.
